Congratulations to our alumnus, Ms. Shirley Choi! Winner of the Silver Medal at the 2023 Global Music Awards

Our alumnus, Ms. Shirley Choi won the Silver Medal at the 2023 Global Music Awards. Ms. Choi earned the honor with her original song “Green Warriors - Judgment Day”, which debuted at Hong Kong Palace Museum SHOWTIME concert in October 2022. The competition was judged by accomplished industry leaders, including Grammy and Emmy winners. “Green Warriors – Judgment Day” was selected from a vast pool of internationally renowned applicants, including Matthew Carl Earl, Heartstrings (USA) – “Chinese New Year 2023” album, and Yoon Ho Kim (Korea), the main composers from the game music “Honor of Kings 王者荣耀.” Out of a substantial number of composers from over 30 countries, Ms. Choi was the only composer of Chinese origin to win a silver medal for the game music category this season. Ms. Choi is committed to making the world a better place by bringing joy, happiness, and hope to her audience.
