Photography Contest Organized by OSA
United Nations have become a hot topic in the recent years. The mission of RHSOSA Photography Contest is to encourage our alumni to show the society that Rosarians are always there to support meaningful goals, to care for people around us and to promote sustainability of our society.
Categories:
1. Connect with the nature (The scenery, Animals)
2. Wonders of Hong Kong (Cultural/Architectural/Infrastructure Development)
3. Love, care and friendship (Love, care and friendship (Reunion/Caring activities)
4. Love of Rosaryhill (Show the light of Rosaryhill nature)
Eligibility:
Alumni, teachers (retired or current) and current secondary students
Souvenir:
All participants will have a photography competition e-pamphlet made by Judge Pele Leung
Prizes:
Champion (one for each category): HK$1,000 or book coupon of equivalent value
Champion, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up (each category):
Monthly calendar with use of awarded photos tailor-made by judge Sunny Chan
Outstanding awards (four for each category): Photos of the awardees will be posted on RHSOSA’s website and Facebook Page.
Judging Criteria:
- Visual & Aesthetic Sense (40%)
- Theme Interpretation (40%)
- Creativity (20%)
Deadline of Submission:
10 October 2022 (Monday)
How to join:
Entrants need to complete register and submit photo before designated date.
Complete submission through upload photo to online platform.
Entry Requirements:
1. Each participant can only submit ONE photograph for each category
2. Each photograph must have a title together with a brief description of no more than 50 words (Chinese or English)
3. Photographs can be taken by either camera or mobile phones, which must be in digital form. Scanned entries from printed photographs are also accepted.
4. Photographs must be submitted in .jpeg, .jpg or .gif format, edited for web in sRGB color space, at least 1M pixels and no larger than 2 MB.
5. All submissions must be original works.
Announcement of Results:
Results will be announced on RHSOSA Facebook Page in Early November 2022.

近年社會越趨重視透過實踐聯合國永續發展目標 (SDGs)以達到永續發展願景。為支持實現此願景，舊生會舉辦主題攝影比賽，透過照片去鼓勵大家關注身邊的人和事，實現可持續發展社會，展現玫瑰崗的崗暉情懷。
主題比賽組別：
1. 親親大自然(山川湖泊/海陸空生物)
2. 點滴是香港(文化/建築/基建發展)
3. 關愛友共情(朋友家庭聚會/愛心活動)
4. 玫瑰崗情懷(展現崗暉之情)
對象：
舊生、老師 (現職及曾任教)及正就讀中學生
紀念品：
所有參加者可獲由評審Pele Leung送出特別為是次比賽編輯的「崗影情」電子書作為紀念。
獎項：
冠軍(每組1名)：
1,000港元獎金或等值書卷
冠亞季軍 (每組各1名)：
得到由評審Sunny Chan 送出由各組別得獎者相片而成的特製精美月曆一個
優異獎(每組4名)：
得獎作品將在舊生會網頁等網上平台展出
評審標準：
- 畫面構圖及美感 (40%)
- 配合永續發展主題 (40%)
- 創意 (20%)

參加辦法
參賽者需於指定日期前，於比賽指定平台登記參賽資料及上載參賽作品
提交作品方法: 將作品上傳到雲端硬碟網站平台
作品規格
1. 每位參賽者每個組別最多可提交1張作品
2. 題目自訂，並附一段不多於50字的簡介
3. 參賽作品可以由相機或手機拍攝，須為數碼檔案，不限定使用數碼相機所攝之相片，亦接受沖印相片之數位掃描檔
4. 作品的格式必須為100萬像素或以上、大小建議最少2 MB或以上的JPEG檔案
5. 作品必須為原創

得獎名單會於2022年11月上旬於玫瑰崗舊生會Facebook專頁公布。
